Mental Healthcare doesn’t have to happen on a couch. Meet in the comfort of your home, at a favorite coffee shop, while taking a walk through a local park, in our office, or virtually. With a self-pay model, you can enjoy a more private and personalized experience without the restrictions, diagnoses, and paperwork often required by insurance companies.
For over 11 years, Lynn has walked alongside individuals and families through life’s most difficult seasons, from trauma and addiction recovery to divorce, co-parenting, blended family challenges, and major life transitions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminology, a Master of Science in Counseling, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Christian Counseling, and licensure from the National Association of Christian Counselors. Combining professional expertise with genuine compassion and a Christ-centered perspective, Lynn creates a supportive environment where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered to move toward the life they desire. Through counseling, coaching, and community-based support, she helps clients turn challenges into opportunities for growth and lasting peace.
All services are grounded in current clinical research and informed by specialized training in Christian Heart Training (CHT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). These evidence-based approaches are thoughtfully integrated into care to help clients develop insight, strengthen emotional resilience, overcome barriers to change, and achieve meaningful, lasting growth through Jesus’ Word.
